Welcome to Norfolk County Counselling & Psychotherapy

We are here to help.
We want you to feel better.

Our therapists are mental health professionals trained to listen to your problems.

We help you find the cause and we help you find a solution. Our therapists can suggest strategies for resolving problems and, if desired, help you change.

Your therapist will treat sessions as confidential. This means you can trust them with information that may be personal or embarrassing.

We care about your mental health.

Our practice specializes in mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. We also specialize in relationships, men’s mental health, parenting support, trauma, women’s mental health, perinatal mental health, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.

Our Practice Supports:

Confidentiality, Compassion, and Client-Centred Care.

We understand it can be difficult to find time to schedule an in-person appointment. We are happy to offer virtual and telehealth appointments.

Therapeutic Approach

Our therapists are trained in many therapeutic modalities. Our clinic is able to tailor our approach to meet your needs.
Information and research on mental health care is constantly evolving, and so are we. We strive to provide you with research backed approaches that help you feel better.
